Classification de West-Haven
Interprétation:
La classification de West-Haven, ou Critères de West-Haven, classe en 5 stades cliniques les encéphalopathies hépathique. Elle est très opérateur dépendante.
Le diagnostic d’une encéphalopathie hépatique clinique est retenu à partir du grade II.
L'encéphalopathie hépatique infra-clinique (grades 0 et I) peut-être diagnostiquée au moyen soit de tests neuro-psychométriques, comme le Psychometric Hepatic Encephalopathy Score (PHES), ou de tests visuels, comme le Critical Flicker Frequency (CFF) ou une application (Stroop test).
